I'm a technical and operational consultant with a background that spans OSS/BSS integrations at Ericsson, SaaS product delivery at B2B Soft, and MVNO operations at Qué tal Móvil. I've worked across Eastern Europe, France, Central Asia, and the United States.

My value is in the intersection: I'm technical enough to design a solution and operational enough to run the team that delivers it. I've built departments from scratch, turned around failing projects, and driven measurable outcomes at every level from hands-on operator to Director.

I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science (Applied Mathematics) from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', and am a winner of several regional mathematics competitions.
